Verve’s putting youth savings in the spotlight this April for Credit Union Youth Month.

Verve’s putting youth savings in the spotlight this April for Credit Union Youth Month.

It doesn’t matter how your child is saving—what’s important is that they are! During April, grownups can post a picture of how their little ones save for a chance to win an iPad Air. Here’s how it works:

Step one: Take a picture of how your child saves.
Whether your child keeps pennies in a piggy bank or cash in an empty cup-holder, we want to see how they stash their savings.

Step two: Share it with Verve.
To be eligible to win an iPad Air, post your picture directly to Verve’s Facebook page or on your personal Facebook page and tag Verve, a Credit Union, in the post or in a comment. Or, you can email it to us at

Step three: Cross your fingers.
During the week of May 2, we’ll randomly choose one picture, and that lucky saver will win an iPad Air!

Pictures must be posted by a parent or guardian. Child must be under the age of 18 to participate. See official rules for details.

Save with Verve. Earn $5.

Ready to move all that change from beneath the couch cushion to a credit union? In honor of Credit Union Youth Month, we’ll match the first $5 deposit when anyone 17 years old or younger opens a Verve savings account. Let us help get the ball rolling! Learn more about our youth accounts here.

It’s all about participation.

Participation is one of the 7 Cooperative Principles that guide how we do business, and it means the more members participate in our credit union—young and old—the bigger difference we can make in our communities and members’ lives. Our younger members play an essential role in creating a bright future of giving back for our credit union. We’d love to have you on board!
